So this was a little bit shorter run but much better pace and way more daylight for it.
The podcasts were all TED Talks on unrelated topics, so that was fun too. Then I went to the big garden for 100s, but none of the numbers add up: 50 regular pushups, 50 of those penguin abs, downward dog, 50 squat jumps, 50 bicycle crunches, 50 tricep pushups, 50 (each foot) prisoner jumps (lunge jumps), 25 crunches with legs straight up, 25 double crunches, 26 front kicks, 26 side kicks, 26 back kicks, 26 high knees, 26 buttkickers.
So that's sort of like HIIT class except with lectures instead of music, right?
FAQs
At least once a day, Lynndi Lauper and Doctor nln ask each other this question. But it's really code for 'share your workout plan'. And if there is no workout plan, the convo gets even more supercharged as it turns to special topics like injuries, therapies, out of town guests, extensive travel requirements of the gig, or exhaustion. And the other most FAQ is "What are you eating for dinner?" Doctor nln and Lynndi have so much combined knowledge that blogging it was inevitable.
