Well I ran and ran and then got sick and took Thursday, Friday, and Saturday off for sickness and gigs, and then on Sunday I ran some more and same on Monday and Tuesday and then tonight, don't you know it, I did 100s cause I couldn't get around to running until really late. These were sets of 25 each, four times, punctuated by repeatedly checking the front windows to see if that creepy mystery car was still parked there, sending and receiving texts related to the creepy car, and running down the hall over and over to wave a heavy towel in front of the smoke alarm repeatedly because something was burning in the bottom of the oven in which we were cooking dinner. And doing laundry.
bicep curls, lunge jumps (prisoner jumps?), that side to side thing with weights, upright rows, jumping jacks, triceps dips, squat jumps, pushups (various), and ab crunches (various, plus some extras)
Well it was simple but kind of refreshing.
FAQs
At least once a day, Lynndi Lauper and Doctor nln ask each other this question. But it's really code for 'share your workout plan'. And if there is no workout plan, the convo gets even more supercharged as it turns to special topics like injuries, therapies, out of town guests, extensive travel requirements of the gig, or exhaustion. And the other most FAQ is "What are you eating for dinner?" Doctor nln and Lynndi have so much combined knowledge that blogging it was inevitable.
Witness as we beat ourselves up with hideous workout plans and then gorge on lemon heads and sugar free ice cream.
