Bounding across the bench, each side / hands on bench, hop over, side to side / calf raises on that big paint bucket / pushups.
2 minute wallsit, arms in second.
High knees with elbows crossing, each side / leg over garbage can and back / ab crunches / shoulder press with heavy band.
4 minute jumprope.
3 times through, 25 reps each:
bench press with 15 pound handweights / chest flyes with 15 pound handweights.
I ran out of time but found some of this was not as easy as it sounded anyway. Until tomorrow...

At least once a day, Lynndi Lauper and Doctor nln ask each other this question. But it's really code for 'share your workout plan'. And if there is no workout plan, the convo gets even more supercharged as it turns to special topics like injuries, therapies, out of town guests, extensive travel requirements of the gig, or exhaustion. And the other most FAQ is "What are you eating for dinner?" Doctor nln and Lynndi have so much combined knowledge that blogging it was inevitable.
