I suggest that you stop the coffee after 10 am and drink WATER! You will also need some vitamin C perhaps a clementine or a cup of juice?
and HOW MANY milligrams of iron are you taking per day? maybe you want to increase your fiber intake too...i'm just sayin'
With the new coffee cutoff time, I made sure to get started extra early with the espresso shots and pot of dirt-black french roast. And I hit it hard! Now the water... I can't wait to recover from this hideous low achieving condition.
ReplyDeleteIn an act of solidarity, I have not had ANY coffee at all today. Of course, that is an option when you sleep in till 8am and wake up completely rested. Also, it is only 12:48pm and my energy level hasn't bottomed out yet. I suspect that by 2pm I will either be in a sleep coma or pounding the diet Pepsi in an effort to wake the hell up!
