FAQs

At least once a day, Lynndi Lauper and Doctor nln ask each other this question. But it's really code for 'share your workout plan'. And if there is no workout plan, the convo gets even more supercharged as it turns to special topics like injuries, therapies, out of town guests, extensive travel requirements of the gig, or exhaustion. And the other most FAQ is "What are you eating for dinner?" Doctor nln and Lynndi have so much combined knowledge that blogging it was inevitable.

Oh the weather outside is frightful...

But that didn't stop me from running a 5k today! I haven't done any speedwork in a long time (as evidenced by the sensation of nausea at various points along the course). Nevertheless, I managed a decent time AND I beat that little kid who looked like he couldn't have been more than 10 years old!!
After that I took a long, hot shower and a cozy nap.

    How sad.
    I also did nothing on Friday and Saturday. Too busy with gig stuff and breakfast and dinner and that kind of thing.

  3. It WAS the Jingle Bell Run! And no, I have not run any race as cold as the one you ran with me!! Was it even 14 degrees that day??
