FAQs

At least once a day, Lynndi Lauper and Doctor nln ask each other this question. But it's really code for 'share your workout plan'. And if there is no workout plan, the convo gets even more supercharged as it turns to special topics like injuries, therapies, out of town guests, extensive travel requirements of the gig, or exhaustion. And the other most FAQ is "What are you eating for dinner?" Doctor nln and Lynndi have so much combined knowledge that blogging it was inevitable.

Witness as we beat ourselves up with hideous workout plans and then gorge on lemon heads and sugar free ice cream.

The Doctor is Missing

She isn't posting much these days, it's true. Everyone must be sick now from being cooped up for the last two weeks to escape the extreme heat.

I'm pretty sure I ran yesterday (a little over five miles) but then just ate a lot and stayed up late deleting used emails.

Tonight I got back to business going twice through this series, 25 reps each (and each side where relevant): shoulder raises in three positions (light weights); that sequence of two plies with weights meeting at chest level and above (like closing doors?); lateral bends (light weights); squat jumps with shoulder lifts (lw); triceps extensions (lw); that balance thing the doctor has to do for PT, standing on one leg, reaching above (lw) and then touching the floor; crunches on the bench; chest pulls (with heavy band); shoulder lifts (heavy band); bicep curls (hb); standing rows (hb); triceps dips; ab crunches (bicycles/lift, with legs straight up); pushups; lunges with oblique twists (light weights again). And then I watered the garden.

I give you Gun Show, Parts 1 and 2.
