I'm getting so creative now that we can't go outside and I still don't remember how to get to the gym.
Even though my workout yesterday was just to ride in the van for three hours, sit in a chair for another three, then eat some food (again sitting in a chair), and top it all off with another three hours riding in the van, I am exhausted today! I have to come up with some variation on the really great workout of Thursday evening, which included 50 reps of everything below and then 8 miles on the bike, punctuated by floating in a pool. I'm pretty sure today's can't top that. I don't want to repeat any of this exactly, except maybe some.
Shoulder raises in three positions (light weights)
light weights to the sides (that ab thing you like)
squat jumps with shoulder lifts
tricep extensions
crunches (table position)
chest pulls with resistance band
shoulder lifts with band
bicep curls with band
upright rows with band
tricep dips
bicycle crunches/that one crunch that works the lower abs
pushups
lunges with oblique twist
FAQs
At least once a day, Lynndi Lauper and Doctor nln ask each other this question. But it's really code for 'share your workout plan'. And if there is no workout plan, the convo gets even more supercharged as it turns to special topics like injuries, therapies, out of town guests, extensive travel requirements of the gig, or exhaustion. And the other most FAQ is "What are you eating for dinner?" Doctor nln and Lynndi have so much combined knowledge that blogging it was inevitable.
