jumping jacks, bicep curls (15lbs), standing rows (15lbs), decline spiderman pushups, diagonal crunches (12.5lbs), dumbbell corkscrew with single arm Cuban press (12.5lbs), burps, dumbbell cross punches (7.5lbs), shoulder raises in three positions (5lbs), dumbbell swing (15/12.5), tricep extensions (12.5/10), pushups, suitcase crunches (12.5), mountain climbers.
Repeat.
But before I did all that, I got the cat back and quit the gym. An agonizing evening!
