FAQs

At least once a day, Lynndi Lauper and Doctor nln ask each other this question. But it's really code for 'share your workout plan'. And if there is no workout plan, the convo gets even more supercharged as it turns to special topics like injuries, therapies, out of town guests, extensive travel requirements of the gig, or exhaustion. And the other most FAQ is "What are you eating for dinner?" Doctor nln and Lynndi have so much combined knowledge that blogging it was inevitable.

More Innovative Innovation

This is what I ended up with, minus the 8 mile bike ride and swim, for which we'll just substitute in the gig.

4 minutes of cardio (jumping jacks and various other jumping things and kicks and knees and buttocks), plus 25 reps each of bench press (medium weight), chest flies (mw), skull crushers (mw), side ab thing, overhead triceps, glute leg lifts (straight back and also to the side, fire hydrant style), super mans, inner and outer thigh leg lifts, side plank dips, plank with hip twists, kneeling row (heavy weight)...
and repeat.
