While dr. nln was busy at the gym with ABC and the gang, I was still in bed. Then to OPH with the other gang, but I had only coffee and water so that I could do the 5.6 mile run home without pain.
Look what I found along the way. Amazingly, I did NOT slip on it.
Much later in the day I got the heavy resistance band and did 50 chest pulls, 50 shoulder lifts per arm, 50 bicep curls, 50 upright rows, 50 tricep pulls per arm, and 200 various crunches. Fun!
